Drop off and pick up was great. The only problem I have is that It's been a week now and I do not know what the final bill is as I have not received notice if I have gone over weight. I need to bill my customer for the work and can not do so with out a final bill.it should not take this long to see if I will be charged extra for the rental. No one can give me an answer or not if I have to owe you more money .

This experience was fantastic. From the initial call booking the dumpster, to delivery and then pick-up, everything was terrific. The person wo called me to book explained the entire process very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The delivery drivers were respectful and pleasant as well. I'll definitely use them again!

I had an excellent experience! The friendly and knowledgeable woman on the phone helped me with the size I needed and talked me through the logistics. The dumpster arrived on time, and the driver was very accommodating and cautious about the dumpster's placement. I was cleaning out my elderly mother's house, and those employees helped to make an emotional task much easier. Thank you!
