want to amend my previous review of M & S sanitation pickup of my dumpster. Only after the truck left did I later notice that when turning around his truck to set up picking up the dumpster the driver drove over 30 feet of soft lawn instead of staying on the paved roadway causing a deep ditch from the sheer weight of the truck. No reason he needed to do this as he ended up driving back onto the paved road and backing up his truck. Had to spend the next hour trying to re-sod the torn up lawn.

My only complaint was that I asked to have delivered at 10 AM and it didn't get here until 12:45 PM. My brother was doing the demolition work and he said that those trucks break down all the time. This was not unusual. I thought that a call saying something about being late would be helpful.

I have found my dealings with Bert Adams rolloff dumpsters to be very positive. Both office staff and drivers have been helpful and courteous, and service has been just as promised.
