The customer service to include the driver was excellent. My only challenge was the terrible condition of the dumpster. If the container was in better shape I would have provided five stars. We had a couple comments from our neighbors. Another reason we worked through a weekend to complete our major tasks.

Good service, reasonable cost. We were allowed to keep it for a good amount of time without extra charges. Will definately use Pugsley next time I need a dumpster.

The dumpster was delivered when we asked for iy and it was removed shortly after I called to tell them we were done with it. Very efficient and reasonable price.

My first contact was with Holly to reserve a 15 yard dumpster. She was pleasant & efficient and I had no issues with reserving what I wanted, when I needed it and where to park it on my property. On delivery day, Joe was also very helpful with explaining the rules of use to me and placing the dumpster where I requested it to be left. After 14 days, the dumpster was retrieved and I was very appreciative of the service I received. If I have need of this service in the future, I know that I can rely on Pugsley Contalner Services.

Pugsley Container. They were supposed to contact before delivery. They did not. My truck is trapped in my garage. They were supposed to pick up the dumpster on 6/30. They did not. It has now been 7 days since I had use of my truck. The dumpster is STILL HERE.

Delivery and pick up was timely, however I believe I was charged for 20 yd container and received a 15 yd container.
